[KLEINER FEHLER] Undefined array key "counter"

f anyone can help me, I have just installed the latest version of the  guestbook, I noticed that if I added a blocked IP and the viewed the blocked IP I got the error message below. I do not understand PHP too well but from what I can gather something called counter has not been defined. anyone know how I can resolve this? many thanks in advance.

Change your php setting "display_errors" to off.
